Customer Consultation
At Eco Vision Packaging, everything starts with listening to you. To create packaging that truly works, we first take the time to understand your product, your goals, and what matters most to your business.
By combining your product knowledge with our expertise in packaging design, we develop smart, tailored concepts that not only meet your requirements but also add value to your brand.
Preliminary Product Design
Once we’ve captured your vision, our team creates a detailed 3D model of your packaging concept. This digital prototype is then shared with you for feedback, making it easy to review and refine before moving forward.
Files are provided in a format that can be opened with free, user-friendly software—so you can explore your design from every angle with ease.
Prototype Tool
After your concept design is approved, we create a prototype mould using durable yet cost-effective resin board. This allows us to quickly and accurately produce sample packaging without the expense of full-scale tooling.
The samples are vacuum-formed over the mould and hand-trimmed to detail, giving you a tangible preview of the final product. This step ensures you can see, feel, and evaluate your packaging before moving into full production.
Tool Trial (2 Cavity)
Once your prototype sample is approved, we work with you to decide whether to move straight to full production tooling or begin with a smaller trial tool.
For products that will run on automated machinery—such as filling, wrapping, or sealing lines—de-nesting is often critical. In these cases, a trial tool is recommended. This approach allows us to produce a reasonable quantity of samples under real production conditions, with minimal cost risk if adjustments are required.
In most cases, the cavities and knives from the trial tool can be re-used in the final production tool, saving both time and investment.
Production tool
After successful trials and your final approval, we move forward with creating the full production tool. Built using high-quality materials and advanced technology, this tool is engineered for durability, precision, and efficiency—ensuring your packaging is ready for consistent, large-scale production.
